Our Non GMO raised pork is not only healthy for you but we do some unique practices to make sure our pigs have a healthy, happy life, and are raised in a stress free environment. Our pigs eat better than most American children.
They have locally grown Non GMO grains, like oats and barley, which are given to them in a free feeding dish. That means that anytime they want a tasty bite they just go on over to the food and use their nose to feed themselves. This prevents the pigs from ever wanting to harm one another, because they are hungry and underfed. We also give them garden veggies, no day old bread or garbage for our piggies. Another unique practice we do is provide them with milk and whey. This makes them not only delicious, but also makes even the lard a health food. Our pork is so jam packed with nutrition and flavor, there is no going back to just any pork. High in omega 3 fats, low in omega 6's, and good cholesterol, whey fed lard is considered to have more nutrition than raw butter.
