We raise only prime, all natural, 100% grass fed and finished beef. Our cows are Angus crosses that are bred back with our 100% Angus bull. We use no antibiotics, steroids, or hormones. All of our cattle graze freely during the warmer months, on 25 acres of rotated grass pastures, or our partners 120 acres, and are fed high quality hay in the winter. All of our beef is raised in a loving and stress free environment, is completely all natural and raised using sustainable farming practices. We feed them how God intended them to eat.
They are happy, carefree, and roam freely throughout our barn and our pastures. Happy cows produce healthier meat and 100% grass fed beef is healthier for you because it is higher in antioxidants like beta-carotene (which helps with immune function), and CoQ10, an enzyme that supports heart and circulatory system health. This is evident in the quality of healthy meat that they produce. 100% of studies that compare grain fed beef to grass fed beef is lower in ‘bad’ fat (Omega-6 fatty acids) and gives you two to four times more of the ‘good’ fat (Omega-3 fatty acids), which promotes good healthy heart. Cattle that are 100% grass fed will have up to four times the amount of vitamin E than the meat from traditional feedlots. It’s also higher in zinc, vitamin B12, and other B vitamins as well. Grass fed beef is leaner so it also has fewer calories.
